Our Services

Photography/Content Studio Session–This booking option is for photo shoot, video shoots, and other content creation sessions. You’ll have access to the main studio space: natural light, vintage furniture/props, and flexible setups to bring your vision to life.

Intimate Event Rental–This booking options is for small private gatherings such as pop-ups, workshops, brand activations, or celebrations. The MOD Loft offers a unique backdrop with plenty of character—ideal for curating an unforgettable experience.
